ORIGIN STORY

C-PTSD. Childhood abuse. An ACE score of 10 - the maximum. Thirty years of therapy. Then AI became the tool that finally moved the needle in ways nothing else had.
- AGE 18
Lawn Knowers. A landscaping company started at 18. First business, first paycheck, first proof that you can build something from nothing.
- 2003
Richmond Computer Guy - started inside a convenience store on Coyocasin Road, West End Richmond, Virginia. Break/fix for four to six computer shops. Built from zero.
- THEN
Cloud Managed Services Group. Grew from break/fix to 100+ small business clients. Enterprise help desk AI automation. Partnership with Aisera - they got acquired by a Silicon Valley startup.
- 2018
Key West. Started video interviewing clients - and then strangers. Waitresses. Small business owners. People with stories. That habit became the seed of everything here.
